To promote worker safety and combat downtime and increased insurance premiums, The Binkley Company needed a radically different safety program. The "Partners in Safety" program introduced a check-and-balances system that paired individuals with one another to oversee and alert fellow employees of potential injury. Program reduced premiums by $25,000 and reduced workers comp significantly. Elements included program design, brochures, logo, apparel, posters and banners.
